TQEC, Bristol
The University of Bristol’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus is considered both a landmark regeneration scheme for the city and one of the UK’s most significant urban renewal projects. Tate was commissioned to deliver and install 27,954 m² of raised access flooring, consisting of four panel types: RMG Medium Grade, RHG Heavy Grade, FDEB H, and pre-bonded porcelain panels that included a bespoke finish, specifically designed for the scheme.

22 Bishopsgate, UK
Tate played a key role in the sustainable design of 22 Bishopsgate by supplying and installing 118,254 sq. m. of PSA:2021 medium grade RMG600 raised access flooring across the main areas. With over 340,000 panels fitted, Tate’s solution contributed just 6.1% of the building’s total carbon. This helped 22 Bishopsgate achieve an embodied carbon rating 41% lower than London’s Energy Transformation Initiative benchmark for commercial offices, setting a new standard for sustainable high-rise design.
